1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SOHI Brands ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at sohibrands.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

SOHI products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Consult with a healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Payment must be received prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are estimates and are not guaranteed. SOHI Brands is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for eligibility requirements and instructions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our products:
