Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Backordered Flavors
We're a small team and our flavors are made in small batches, so a flavor will occasionally sell out and go on backorder. If you order a backordered flavor, it may ship later than the standard 1-2 business day processing window.
📦 Heads up: Backorder status is shown at checkout and on the product page before you buy, so you'll always know upfront. If you choose expedited or express shipping on a backordered flavor, the faster transit speed kicks in once your order actually ships—it doesn't shorten the backorder wait itself.
Discreet Shipping
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us—no one will know what's inside but you.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High volume periods (holidays)
- Incorrect address information

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution—whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Pouches must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
⚠️ Please note: SOHI gummies are a consumable food product. For safety reasons, opened or used pouches cannot be returned or refunded. Only sealed, unopened pouches are eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used pouches (consumable food product—cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons)
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been tampered with or misused
How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Email support@sohibrands.com with your order number and reason for return.
Pack It Up
Make sure your pouches are unopened and sealed, and include your order number in the package.
Ship It Back (at your cost)
We don't provide prepaid return labels—return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Mail your sealed pouches to:

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different flavor? No problem! Contact us and we'll set up an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the difference.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received a damaged or incorrect order? We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product or packaging
- Description of the issue
We'll send a replacement right away at no additional cost—no need to return the damaged items.
📍 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door)
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes tracking updates early)
- Contact your local carrier

Need to change or cancel your order? Act fast! We process orders quickly.
Email us at support@sohibrands.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it—but you can initiate a return once you receive it.
