Shipping Overview
We ship within the U.S. and select international destinations. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume drops or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after shipment
- Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Warm-Weather Notice ☀️
SOHI gummies can be affected by extreme heat. During hot summer months, we recommend choosing Express Shipping to minimize heat exposure during transit.
Please bring packages inside promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for melting or heat damage if packages are left outdoors for extended periods.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't locate it, please check nearby areas (porch, mailroom, neighbors) and contact your carrier first.
If your package is still missing after checking with the carrier, please email our support team at support@sohibrands.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once fulfillment has started, we cannot guarantee address changes or reroutes.
International Shipping
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Delivery timing varies by country and customs processing. International orders typically take 7–21 business days after shipment.
